In this situation applying FSBO is more difficult and harder to sell for the owner because usually in sellers market the FSBO works better, at the same time some buyer may think they have more room to negotiate with FSBO situation, however there has been cases that the owner can not make decision and postponing signing the contact and canceling the deal or selling to somebody else and this could go on and on and buyer is left alone.
We have to remember contract is extremely import aspect of deal and as long as contract is not signed, there is no ground to move forward.
Sometimes it is worth it to go to an experienced agent and pay to sell your property and skip the trouble, this is true with buyer also ,and the conclusion is going with the process of FSBO is good but not in all cases ,and it is situational.
